Hi all! My name is Hannah.
Well, what would I need to tell about myself. I don't have a job that fully describes what I do and what I am like. Actually, I like to let go of things that I previously thought I must and should be doing. Free myself more and more every time.
Sometimes I do nothing, mostly I am inspired to create, paint, embroider, draw and write. I do some text checking and translating for others.
I study life.
Right now I work for customer service parttime, I use the rest of my time to create art, give spiritual workshops with friends and learn new things.
I do yoga occasionally, meditate (but not too serious), try to learn about what is healthy, develop myself spiritually, etc. I like to make everything easy and freeflowing. Nothing should be work. If something is work, I mostly think I should let go of it and do the thing that goes to the same destination in an easier way.

Sometimes I am a bit more settled down and do a job on the side. Sometimes I am here and there and traveling. I like to do volunteering work in nice places.
I worked as a volunteer at:
- Ecolonie, a beautiful place in the north of France, with wonderful herb gardens..
- El Callis, a former workshop place with amazing surroundings, near Olot, Spain.. I hope to see that landscape again soon!
- L'Eco Source Arboricole, a treehouse-magical-forest place in the middle of France. Wow, what an amazing place! I got to paint the pathway-signs there.. Faerietale-land!
- Paraiso del Burro, a shelter for abandoned / mistreated donkeys in Spain.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I like to do some traveling around from time to time and be able to stay with nice people, get to know them, get to know different places.. Meet more friends!
Like they say, strangers are just friends you have never met.. :) I really believe so.

As for hosting: I like to give travellers a place to stay. (And by travellers I mean people moving around in order to get new experiences, meet people and be on an adventure.) I like to do that to meet new interesting people, hear stories, learn languages, ...
I don't like to be a free hostel for tourists. Please do not send me a couchsurfing request if you are a tourist.

I like books with a lot of pretty pictures, books about treehouses, about nature and about art.
I listen to a lot of different kinds of music, but I keep going back to the Woodstock music (60s and 70s), spiritual mantra's, music by Shimshai and the alternative rockband Porcupine Tree. I also like electronic (mostly Scandinavian) music.
Oh and I love Kate Bush!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

In the summer of 2011 I slept in an open treehouse-tower in a forest in Spain. It was magical. :)
I put a picture of that place with my photo's.

I could teach you crafts like knitting, crochet, spinning yarn with a drop spindle or spinning wheel, embroidery, if you would like. Also a bit of dutch or english language…
Or we could exchange views on life, spirituality, traveling..
