About Me

ABOUT ME

Grew up in a protective 'bubble' of parental concern for their only child but was lucky enough to overcome shyness and inhibitions through lots of travelling and moving to another country on my own to study at university. I can't put a price on the wealth of experience I have taken from meeting so many people coming from such diverse places and backgrounds and from all the different places i have visited. Each and every encounter taught me a new and valuable lesson and I have also found friendships for life on the way!

Originally from Poland, I studied IR in the UK and Politics in Spain and now planning on starting a Master's in Security Studies.

Interests

I enjoy exploring new places and cultures and meeting new people. Interested in learning new languages and in processes of language acquisition. I enjoy cooking and baking both for myself and for others and love trying new recipes. If ever in a bad mood a cup of good coffee would always make my day and I can't get enough of tea! (black, flavoured, scented, fruit, red and green green GREEN!) I enjoy a quiet relaxed drinked shared in a pub and a good conversation but at times feel like embarking on one of those crazy sleepless nights that don't end before dawn! I would dance or ski to house music or the latest charts but would listen to more rock/indie alternative and ofter throw in some Mozart or Tchaikovsky.
Give me a riveting read and you won't hear from me until I've reached the last page!
