My name is Doroteja, but most of the people call me by my last name (Palac) which means thumb in Croatian. I am studying Economics and Business at the University from Zagreb, which is my home city.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My friend introduced me to Couchsurfing recently and I really love the idea. I went to couple of CS events and a few hosts hosted me and my friend and I really like the way it works. I love meeting the locals and listening to their stories and fun facts about new places. I want to learn more about new cultures and new people and I thing Couchsurfing provides a great opportunity for that.

Interests

Learning about new aspects of life, culture, movies, music, fashion, points of view and what interests me the most is just walking around new cities and absorbing different styles of architecture.
