About Me

I am 20 years old and thus - as probably every young person - eager to change the world. But not before I've learned a bit about the world myself and this is why I want to travel. Getting to know other cultures is one of the easiest (and most enjoyable) ways to gain new perspectives and thus it seems like a pretty decent way to grow up a little...

When I'm not planning my next trip I'm studying economics and (as a hobby) philosophy, go to my choir rehearsals and meet my friends for lunch/a movie/a cocktail etc. I'd love to start taking Spanish classes next semester and as mentioned above I love singing and jamming. Even though (or because?) I am a city girl I truly enjoy spending my time on the countryside and in the mountains hiking with my grandparents, family and friends that's why when I'm on vacation in a city I am usually looking for some place to visit outside the urban area as well in order to complete the impression.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In short: I want to see as much of the world as possible and I am curious, this is why I am on Couchsurfing. This and because I'll be visiting London with my boyfriend in September and since cities like London not only promise a great deal of culture but a youthful liveliness as well I would love to get to know not only its sights but also its people.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love pretty much everything that has to do with fantasy though since I've finished school I haven't spent as much time reading as I used to. So in my holidays books are a real treat to me, especially when it comes to historical novels that take place in the city/country I'm visiting.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent a year in Finland as an exchange-student which was definitely one of the most exhausting but at the same time one of the most dazzling years of my life.

Countries I’ve Visited

Chile, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Indonesia, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland

Countries I’ve Lived In
