About Me

Hey there, thanks for stopping by! Despite being a writer and a professional chatterbox, I'm always at a slight loss for words when it comes to describing myself. Gah, let's see. I'm 20 and entering my 3rd year in university. GPA is 4.21, but that's irrelevant, seeing as my post-graduate plans are no more certain than they were 10 years ago. I'm always up to a million things. I study/teach classical piano, and compete provincially as a rhythmic gymnast. My hobbies are reading like there's no tomorrow, writing (poetry and a novel), learning the Irish fiddle, and painting. I also really enjoy nature and being outdoors (put me in a forest and I'm in heaven).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm a total newbie over here, but super thrilled and excited to meet some of you during my travels this summer, or even back home in Montreal. I'm going to Ireland on a school trip this July-August, and I'd love to see as much as I can of the gorgeous, scenic country that is the Emerald Isle, and get to know more of the amazing folk up there!

Also, after I graduate, I plan to go on a little trip. But a get-up;-stretch;-take-a-walk;-get-on-a-plane;-never-return kind of trip. It's always been my dream to make a tour of Europe and experience as much of it as I can. Even though I'm somewhat of an introvert and not the wildest party girl out there, I LOVE adventures and meeting new people, exploring new places, and learning about different cultures! In the meantime, feel free to message me if you ever want to come to Montreal (or even Bulgaria), and I'd love to meet and welcome you! That is, if you're down to meet my crazy family—which is a whole other novel ;)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Surviving high school. Oh, also, I translated two books that were actually published!

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm very open and willing to learn as much about you and your town as you are willing to share over a cup of tea, dinner, or a night on the town—whichever you're up for! I'm quite adventurous, open-minded, and dying to explore and learn more about the world while I'm still young and—well, free to wander around :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I absolutely love to cook and bake. I'd be happy to prepare any in-house meal of the day, and I won't disappoint! I'm also willing to help out with any housework or project that you might need done; after all, it's the least I can do for sharing your home and time with me!
