Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To live joyfully in the world, and to spread that joy to others.
ABOUT ME
I am primarily a teacher, but happen to be a professor of education. I see my role as a helper for young people, sharing the wisdom of age while delighting in the audacity of youth. I am a traveler and a seeker, learning to let go of the world. That way I can enjoy it more.
PHILOSOPHY
I love people and I am very convivial. I enjoy making connections and connecting people. I believe we are all connected anyway, yet we have forgotten who we are.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I just joined and am finding my way.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I stayed with two hosts in Milwaukee in October 2009. They were both wonderful couples. I am really impressed with their generosity and friendliness.
Interests
Traveling, fishing, conversation, being surprised by life. I am interested in promoting peace and reconciliation, sustainable values and treading softly on the earth.
I love gardening and I hope to have two acres some day to grow food to eat and give away.
