I surfed and I hosted, at the moment I'm mostly hosting but I'm really looking forward to surf again...

I surfed a lot, I hosted even more....so far it's been great!

Interests

playing music(doublebass,banjo,guitar), listening to music, drinkin beer, doing sports (especially bouldering/rock-climbing) reading books,

Finished a degree in English Linguistics and Cultural Science, now I spend my time organising concerts, booking bands,
I'm also one of the bosses of the music department at a young & alternative radiostation

In my free time I'm building and selling different instruments made out of oil cans and cookie tins (check my photos or my facebook page -> Do.Se Instruments

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: If you haven't noticed by now - I'd say music is one of the most important things in my life! I love listening to music and am always on the lookout for good bands so if you know a band you feel I should know, please tell me...:)
Mostly I listen to (Delta-)Blues, Swing, Jazz, Punk, Indie, Gypsy-Swing, Irish music... For partying I like electronic music in rund down clubs, (dark) deep house mostly

just to name a few bands I like: Tom Waits, Kaizers Orchestra, Little Dragon, The Velvet Underground, Django Reinhardt, Duke Ellington... and at the moment my favourites : Adult Jazz and C.W. Stoneking!

Movies: Fight Club, Lucky Number slevin, Snatch....
series:The IT crowd, Sherlock, Breaking Bad...

Books: a lot, at the moment my favourite authors are Nick Hornby and Kurt Vonnegut. I can't stop myself laughing out loud when I'm reading, doesn't matter where I am :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've done and seen lots of amazing things, want to go skydiving(correction: been skydiving last week and it was great! correction:last week was in 2010 and I have done and seen a lot of amazing things since!)

Finishing an Instruments always feels great, hearing the first notes being played on it is just sublime...

well, I could teach the basics of playing Bass, or some banjo and guitar

I want to improve my Spanish, so if you're from a Spanish-speaking country please send your request in Spanish... (not too difficult please ;) my spanish really isn't that good yet...)
