About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Travel and play music everywhere.
ABOUT ME
27 years old, I was born in Germany, lived in France for 10 years (Perpignan) then spent 6 years in England (Sheffield, Shrewsbury, London, Brighton).
I love playing music, I sing mostly. I play with the most amazing Kiwi girl ever and we have a little band together. We play small English festivals during summer.
We also busked around Europe one summer, I hope we get to do it again!
I just quit my job and my life in England because I could feel my soul dying in the office I spent most of my time in.
Time to travel, for real this time :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I had a few - I hosted some people in my flat in France; were they French, English, Turkish, Spanish,.. it was always a pleasure to meet them and offer them a place to stay! Im gonna miss hosting.
I surfed on couches in Brussels as well; people from Belgium are awesome.
Haven't been able to host people or surf couches in a long time so it'll be nice to get to meet people again while travelling :)
Interests
I'm obsessed with music.
I LOVE the old 30's bands, The Mills Brothers, Cab Calloway, The Andrew Sisters...
Also all sorts of rock bands, Black Sabbath, Motörhead, The Doors, Uriah Heep, Procol Harum, Creedence, The Animals, Supertramp, Wolfmother...
And my Jazz queens are Ella Fitzgerald and Nina Simone.
I also love travelling! Meeting people while travelling is one of the best experiences you can have in life.
I'm going to India in January, it will be my first big travel outside of Europe! I can't wait.
I dream to go South America as well, that's for 2019 ;)
Another thing I'm quite passionate about is languages. I used to study languages evolution at uni and I really wish I had studied it more as it is fascinating. I'm learning Spanish at the moment, I really hope I can master this language in a few years!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I once started to play music on the platform of the Overground in Camden, London (I had 25 minutes to wait, I had a guitar with me and I had a few drinks, so...). Everyone started to gather around me, some guy shared his beers with strangers, and they all sang and clapped with me. It's amazing to see how music can bring people together :)
