To bring GypRock to people all over Australia!

ABOUT ME

We're a GypRock (Gypsy Rock) band from Fremantle in Western Australia embarking on our first tour of this fine country! There are four of us: Ash, Charlie, Ellen and Damon and we play drums, double bass, guitars, ukuleles, mandolins, melodicas, didgeridoos, tin whistles and many other random things. We're heading up the North West coast of WA in April/May and then into the Northern Territory for June. After that the plan is to come down into Queensland and the east-coast in time for next summer... but who knows! We're living in a bus that we bought and playing gigs/busking on the street to sustain ourselves, so if you know anywhere that you think needs a dose of high-energy gypsy-folk-rock-jazz-reggae stuff, tell us and we'll try to get a gig there! :) We're trying to be as self-sufficient as possible, but if you're willing to have us park our bus outside, we'd love to meet some new people and make some new friends. And we promise there will be music! Lots of music!

PHILOSOPHY

The key to happiness is being happy. Music is the language of us all (ok, we stole that one! :) If you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what you've always got. Be. Here. Now.
