I live with my partner Barry and my 2 children, Mitti 17
and Gus 21. I love animals and the environment, I like meeting new people, sometimes talk too much but mostly think I am quiet.

PHILOSOPHY

Look for the positives in people, respect and be kind to animals do whatever you can, in your own way, no matter how small, for the environment.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Always space to put somebody up, sometimes flat out and others, have time to show people around, pickup from the airport etc.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Just hosting at the moment, but hopefully will try surfing when we go away next June. So far, great !

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Picking up my daughter for the first time in an Ethiopian orphanage, motorcycling through Europe, working in Stalhiem Norway, revisiting Ethiopia with Mitty,now 16.

Teach, Learn, Share

Barry could teach you how to shear a sheep! We have a mixed farming operation, producing lucerne, peas, potatoes, oats for chaff and sheep. For anyone interested, we would be happy to explain the workings in more detail.
