About Me

🌎

About Me:

Hey there! 👋 I’m currently soaking up the vibes in Rio de Janeiro, but I’m on a two-year adventure exploring the world. After years of translating and helping people with Italian relocations, I’ve finally given myself the gift of time to explore and meet awesome people like you.

Born in Brazil, but moved to Italy when I was 7 (thanks, Mom!). Grew up in Turin, got my degree in International Relations (with a serious side of sociology, immigration law, and post-colonial studies), and spent five wild years living in Berlin. I came back to Italy for a bit to enjoy the "Dolce Vita" – think aperitivos, scooters, and sunsets. 🛵☀️

Now I’m on a mission to connect with people, learn from different cultures, and spread some good vibes. I work as a freelance translator (super flexible schedule, but sometimes I get buried in work), and I’m helping people get Italian citizenship, so I’m always hanging out with folks from around the globe. 🌍

What I’m About:

If we meet, expect surprises, laughs, and a whole lot of fun. I’m that person who’s always down for a spontaneous adventure, whether it’s in Torino, Rio, or anywhere else. I’m your partner-in-crime for anything cool, and I’m always up for sharing good stories, good food, and good vibes. 😎

Want to be my guest or host me? Hit me up. I’m here for the moments that make life unforgettable.

My Philosophy:

I’m all about keeping it positive. No time for racism, misogyny, homophobia, or bad energy – life's too short for that. 🌈 I’ve been a vegetarian since I was a kid and love vegan food (seriously, I’ll try anything once 🌱). I’m super into interpersonal psychology, and I believe that being honest, open, and assertive is the key to unlocking the best version of ourselves. 💡

Music, Movies, and Books

Jazz. Samba. Good techno and music in general. 🥁

I don't have a good experience in Movies, to be honest. I would love to discover more and be more connected. I even worked for two years at the Berlinale Film Festival and I can't miss the Film Festivals in town!

Literature is all we need to rest and travel staying home!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Falling in love with life... and casually collecting new friends along the way!

Thanks to Couchsurfing, I’ve made lifelong friends who feel like family!

Teach, Learn, Share

What I Can Share with Hosts

I absolutely love where I live! 🚀 I can zoom you around the city and hills on my powerful Vespa, and we’ll sip on local wine 🍷 while munching on delicious, healthy food. I’m here to make you feel at home, even if you're far from it. Trust me, you’ll leave with a full belly, a happy heart, and maybe a new Vespa obsession. 😜
