ABOUT ME
It was an April spring morning back in ‘85 when I decided it was time to abandon the comforts of the womb, of which I’d grown quite accustomed to, and test myself elsewhere. So I dauntlessly plunged through the darkened fissure and triumphantly resurfaced a crying, bloody, vernix covered mess. A blurry chaos ensued before making a soft-landing on a couple of milk pillows, under the smiling, sweaty gaze of a seraph. It was in that very moment I knew I’d made the right move and haven’t looked back since.
That was probably the most important and traumatic instance in my life. Since then, it’s been a little more plain sailing with your usual ups and downs, rolls and bowls, and Sunday trips to the cinema. But to give you a brief summary, I made my first appearance beyond the cervix in Malta and then moved to Canada as a baby before heading back to Malta at the age of six. It should be noted, this was all done under the guardianship of my parents. I spent another fifteen - mostly distressingly celibate - years there before flying off to the UK to go live in South-west Devon. There I lived in a relatively small and quiet port town called, Exmouth, which I always believed would’ve seen a huge boost in tourism had they just popped an ‘S’ before the ‘E’ when naming the place. Anyway, it’s not my place to say really. After a couple of years there working and living at the Shearing’s Grand Hotel, while studying at Exeter College for an Access to Higher Education Certificate, I moved to Preston to start university…whiiiich waaaas an interesting place to relocate to. While nowhere near as unmerciful as the conditions Beyond the Wall, the green fields of Devon were impenitently replaced by brutal architecture, payday loan establishments and fast-food joints which if you happened to be around come 4am, you were actually pretty likely to see the odd Wight crawling the pavements and/or chomping on a doner kebab in its typical zombie-like manner. Preston was a bit of a shock to the system but I grew to love it and ended up staying there for another two years beyond my undergraduate studies.
Some dibbling and dabbling and dilly-dallying followed but the next big move was China which is where I still be now.
Hmmm…what else is there to report about myself? Why, of course! I’m a vegan! I can’t believe I waited till the fourth paragraph to announce that fact. The vegan gods will be shaking their heads in shame while no doubt pointing towards the sacred scroll of commandments, first of which reads: “Thou must without fail announce thy veganism immediately after introducing thy self.” Ten ‘Hail Potatoes’ oughta be adequate penance.
In other self-related news, I have terrible hearing and even worse looking toes. I’m a fan of Crocs, very much enjoy the sweet silver song of a lark and my favourite colour is green - I like it more than blue and yellow combined. And that about covers it.
PHILOSOPHY
I should probably have one of these by now, eh?

What I Can Share with Hosts
If interested, I could show you that vegans aren't entirely crazy and there is some logic to our obsession with greens. That said, most vegans are crazy though.
Could teach you some Maltese. Language isn't of much use anywhere other than Malta but swearing in Maltese is soooo much fun, so who cares!?
And if you want to learn how to play chess terribly, I'm your man.
