PHILOSOPHY

A friend once gave me a math equation that I think just about sums it up. Food + Spirits + Music = Religion... I concur.

Intereses

I'm classically trained in French cuisine, so food is my life. I'm a self taught drummer and DJ, winemaker, art enthusiast who loves to travel and experience new cultures and people. Football and Baseball are my favorite sports but, I enjoy all athletics, anything outdoors, movies, live music, science, creative writing and spending quality time with good friends and family.

Algo increíble que he hecho

I've jumped out of two perfectly good airplanes.
While backpacking through Europe I was in Circo Massimo with 100,000 of my newest Italian friends to witness Italy win the World Cup 06.
