ABOUT ME

We are a gay couple (but not straight phobic) living in Acukland. Our apartment is right downtown in a street full of trees and with a view to the skytower.

Doug is from Brazil and been here since 2005, Paul is a kiwi. We live pretty busy lives, working and enjoying time with friends. Really open minded and enjoy travelling once or twice a year.

We only speak English at home, although Doug is Brazilian he hardly ever speaks Portuguese. Don't worry if your English isn't good, you're in NZ you can practice, we can help you and find ways to understand each other.

We are keen to maybe host, maybe show you around a bit if we get time, or just to hang out.

Although we haven't hosted as many people as we would have liked to (due to personal reasons - moving house, redecorating, selling house and due to our busy lives), we have hosted people and really enjoyed it.

Interests

Travelling, theatre, comedy, going out, staying in, eating out, doing anything!!

Teach, Learn, Share

We can share our knowledge about New Zealand, Brazil or other places we have visited. Can teach some English, Portuguese or Spanish. But mainly the Kiwi way of life, since you are in New Zealand.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We have two spare bedrooms with two single beds and one with a queen size bed. Our guests can use anything in the house including our spa.
