About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Meet new people, make friends and have a great time!

ABOUT ME

I'm originally from London but at the moment I'm a student doing French at Leeds University and am doing my year abroad in Laval, France as a teaching assistant. I love laughing, sharing good times, and most of all meeting new people and making friends.

PHILOSOPHY

Still working on this, but having fun while I'm doing it...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As a pretty much brand new member I have yet to couchsurf or to host anyone but I am looking forward to getting out there soon to stay with people who really know and love the place they live- I can't wait ti try new things and share my own experiences!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

New member, so none as of yet!

Interests

In my spare time I enjoy bike riding, I play the guitar and ukulele (I recently got a baritone uke which is amazing) and I love cooking and music. Always up for a jam with anyone!

Music, Movies, and Books

There is tooooo much music that I love and this is one of my passions so I'd love to meet anyone who can show me new bands or take me to concerts and gigs! Some of my favourite artists are: Gorillaz, Arcade Fire, Radiohead, Mos Def, Bonobo, David Bowie, The Beatles, The Prodigy, Beck, Pavement, The Smiths, Bob Dylan, Otis Redding, Beirut, Manu Chao... the list goes on...

Movies: Pulp Fiction, The Big Lebowski, Withnail and I, In The Loop, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's nest

Books: On the Road, The Rum Diary, L'étranger, Down and Out In Paris and London

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to cook so whoever I stay with or whoever comes to stay with me you can be sure I'll make the effort to cook up something tasty for dinner! As you can tell from this I love food so would love to learn about regional specialities too.
