About Me
CURRENT MISSION
closing one life chapter and opening a new one...
ABOUT ME
I love to laugh and walk around. People watching is one of my favorite things.
PHILOSOPHY
My personal philosophy.....I haven't quite put my finger on it; and have recently quit my job to figure it out, to see where I want life to take me, or rather to see in which direction I want to take my life. I think that taking the time to reflect and opening up to others and situations are important, and trying to find satisfaction away from the continual consumption of disposible products that has crept into our modern lifestyle.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Why not do couchsurfing!
It's a great community where you can meet interesting and in general very generous and fun people.
Interests
Interests : finding a balance between the urban life and rural possibilities. Photography , but trying to avoid a habit of continuous picture taking without realizing what is actually being shot at. I enjoy dancing , mostly rock and roll at family reunions and have recently picked up some lindy and swing moves.

Music, Movies, and Books
I don't watch that many movies, always like to have a book at hand. And as for music, I enjoy most things ( maybe a little less of what is commercially played on the radio) , and like going to live shows and concerts. Probably the best concert I have been to was Leonard Cohen. A great festival that I have attended was Django Reinhardt Jazz Festival near Fontainebleau.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I'd have to say that one of the best sights I've enjoyed was in Sicily, the Scala dei Turchi, an unbelievable white marble formation along the southern coast...
Teach, Learn, Share
I started cooking school in january. I'm not top chef material yet, but applying the bit that I have learned for friends and family has been rewarding so far.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I enjoy cooking a meal, sharing some wine, walking around and soaking in time.
