Overview
About Me
I´m 27 years old and I live in Berlin since 2015. I was born in the south west of Germany and grew up there most of the time. I´m half brazilian.
Let´s be honest, I think it´s never easy to describe yourself properly. I´d say I´m a frank and communicative human who likes to get to know different places, new situations and other humans.
Basically that means I love travelling and to meet new people. Unfortunately right now, due to my studies I am not able to travel as much as I used to the past few years. Nevertheless I´m very lucky being able to live in a city that I love - thats quite a good compensation for now!
I´d say I´m quite curious by nature, which means I can spot something interesting in a lot of different things.
Love, Peace & Empathy.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I`m defenitely not the person who only uses this platform as a cheap way to travel. Of course, being a student means having a pretty tight budget and I find it amazing that couchsurfings idea enables people like me to see different parts of the world without spending a lot of money.
However, I think the philosophy of couchsurfing includes more than that, like meeting new people and see a place through their perspective. For me this is acutally the nicest thing about it.
I´m a very easy going, uncomplicated and independent guest who knows how to find his way around on his own. I dont expect you to "take care" of me :)
If you wanna spend time with me and show me around: I´d be more than happy about it!!!
If you dont find the time or just dont feel like: I´m happy, too and I just keep doing my own stuff! No worries.
I attend couchsurfing meet ups once in a while, sometimes in Berlin, sometimes when I´m travelling myself.
If you want someone to show you around in Berlin, just hit me up and I will see what I can do.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE:
I had my very first cs experience in 2014 during a trip in the USA and it was all over positive. And it kept being great, no matter where I went. I made some good friends with whom I´m still in contact.
Unfortunately I wasnt able so far to host people myself. Not because I wouldn´t love to but because of my living situation. I´m looking forward in trying to host people now once in a while. Since I have a flat mate it´s not just up to me to decide wether to have guests or not.
NOTICE:
If you check my REFERENCES it may seem to you like I haven´t responded to some references, which is not the case! I dont know what happened, if I did something wrong so the replies wouldn´t appear on my page.... nevermind, just saying so you don´t think I´m one of those people who don´t write references ;)
Interests
Talk to people, spend time with them. Have a nice encounter and exchange. Understand people and the world they´re living in. Sounds horribly cheezy but thats probably my biggest interest.
