I am a life long learner. I have travelled the world a bit. I love listening to the stories of others; however, if the conversation lags, I have a few tales to tell as well. I have no musical ability, but I love music. Jack London once responded to someone who said, "Don't talk "shop" with people," by saying "I love talking "shop" with people, it's what they know best!" I'm not as noble as Will Rodgers, "I never met a man (person) I didn't like," but I strive to be.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel, and I enjoy meeting locals. The inside information gleaned from those "in the know" has lead me to some of the most amazing travel destinations: restaurants, pubs, national parks, odd (and not so odd) museums, alternate forms of transportation, music venues, and yes, and even trinket shopping.
