ABOUT ME

Talkative, energetic and fun. My friends will say I always have something to talk about or share! I grew up in the amazing island state of Tasmania and now enjoy the uni lifestyle in Melbourne when I'm not travelling.

PHILOSOPHY

I have a great love of writers such as Thoreau and Emerson. Their understanding of what it means to appreciate nature and explore life beyond the commercial rush really resonates with me. When hiking, a favourite line I have that I often leave in hut guest books is 'Go wild. Live the life' I hope to constantly 'live the life' I always dreamt of. If there is something there to be done, then why shouldn't I do it...

Looking forward to trying CS on my next travels. I have travelled a fair bit and find meeting new people just as rewarding, if not more, than any monument or museum. I look forward to hosting CSers once I have my own place.

Interests

Hiking! That's my big interest. I especially love checking out remote locations in Tasmania on my own for a few days... alone and in the wilderness, removing myself from that crazy suburban life. I also combine my love of hiking with some amatuer photography. I enjoy catching up with friends for a coffee and a decent beer garden to socialise in.
