On a trip that turns out to be even more about self discovery than planned. So my interest right now is how the get that headspace line up with the heart and belly center. And I love doing that by meeting people, experiencing art, dancing to music, creating and just mainly enjoying. Laughter is the best.

Music, Movies, and Books

Whatever moves me :) Love Janis Joplin, the Doors genre. Blues and jazz just make you move from deep within. Can go crazy for drum n bass, being one with the crowd. Sweet acoustic guitar in the sun is also right up there.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Follow that gut feeling when it is time to just pack up and leave and go explore. Brought me to Peru, Ecuador, Morocco, Indonesia, Singapore, Hawaii, America, and many more places. Even going next door can become an amazing experience.
