what can I tell you about me?
I was born in Nuremberg and now I am living in southern Bavaria close to Salzburg in a small town. After finishing medical school I now work as a radiologist in a hospital. I am openminded, social and I love travelling to not so typical countries, meeting new people and make my own experiences instead of listening to prejudices. B

PHILOSOPHY
Getting a bit better everyday, constantly learning and not getting tired of challenging myself!
That also includes to enjoy my life to the fullest, being grateful of what i have and living means making mistakes!
Life is just too short to waste time, life has so many opportunities.
When you are old you won't regret the things you did wrong, but the things you didn't do and missed.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

A country is not just the sum of its buildings, nature, mountains or government. But people! It is a totally different experience. And I love to meet people with different background, cultures and thoughts; making new friends.

兴趣

Outdoor activities like mountainbiking, hiking, mountaineering, climbing. Watersports like diving.
Hands-on Social services as a member in the Rotaract club.
And of course travelling and meeting new great people.

音乐、电影和书籍

I am not so much into watching movies, it just consumes too much time, I could otherwise spend with more interesting things. But of course I also watch TV-shows like Game of Thrones, True Detective or movies like Interstellar, Batman,...

I terms of music I am not very specific but I especially like electronic music.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Being very much involved in the service project "Health as a gift" -> together with some friends in Kiev we were doing a renovation of a rundown ambulatory in a very small town in the countryside in Ukraine. And this year we did it again at a different place :-)
