I'm Dr Ashish M Gaikwad, An Ayurvedic Consultant & Pulse Reader. I'm practising in Mumbai since 2005. I'm doing research on Chronic diseases and Life style according to Ayurveda.

I like to help people in their worst time.... that make strong bond in you and them... and this is life... I donate my time for betterment of mentally challenged children, I feel top of the world when I see a single improvement in them day by day...

I enjoy Food n Drink with CS group and we talk on lots of topics.... I promote Ayurveda, a life science and Indian custom.

I meet here with excellent people as well as selfish people too.... but excellent people are still in touch and they become good friends as well as part of my life.
