ABOUT ME

I am one of the most interesting people you will ever meet. I have been all over the world. Climbed mountains. Gone swimming in three oceans. Crossed deserts. Stared down gunmen. Smuggled myself across international borders. Along the way I have met some of the best people in the world. Traveling has led me to all sorts of unexpected places and experiences. Because of this I want to share my life and stories with people.

PHILOSOPHY

My philosophy is that you only get old once you stop sleeping on couches.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am excited to couch surf because when I travel I want to see the "real" place I am visiting. Not the tourist version, but the one that the locals know and love. More than just a couch, this is an opportunity to meet people from various places and share experiences. I love meeting new people. Some of the best nights I have had are the ones just sitting around and talking with friends. When I am at home I love meeting people from all over the world.

Interests

I very much enjoy bicycling. Which is a good thing if I intend to across half the world.

I also like to party and take in the nightlife. Talking with friends and meeting new people is the best way to spend an evening that I can think of.

I am also fascinated by history. When I go traveling, I like to look up the history of where I will be. I enjoy looking into why things are the way they are.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like too many movies to count. Any music that can tell a compelling story is great to listen too. I like books about history and science fiction.
