ABOUT ME

Graduate Student from the University of Washington, studied Anthropology, with minors in education and diversity. I am a Filipino-American, however born and raised in Seattle, WA. Have been in Seattle for 24 years and more to come, but I want to get out and travel the world. There isn't one place I wouldn't go, unless I wasn't permitted to.

Travel sparked an interest when I was a senor in HS and went to NYC with my program. Going at it was thrilling and loved every part of going somewhere new and foreign.

PHILOSOPHY

I acknowledge and respect your differences, but please do the same for me. I would like to learn about how you live but don't force it upon me or anybody else. And the favor will be returned.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I got into CS when I studied abroad in Spain, although there I stayed with a host family, I sought out to meet fellow CS members. I want to meet people from around the world, so Hey! why not use CS!?

Interests

I love to learn new cultures and languages.
And I dance Hula and LOVE it!

Music, Movies, and Books

I can listen to all music, you can try me and see if this is really true, but all music I've come across I can handle.

As for movies... even if someone says it's bad, I'll go see it anyway. But I love watching movies. My favorite would have to be '10 Things I Hate About You'.

And I occasionally read. =)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Getting over my fear of the unknown.

Being able to travel.

But in Tahiti, I was so afriad of joining others in snorkling. But experiencing the underwater, is like a new lifestyle. Like a different person... many different persons.

Teach, Learn, Share

Ambition for myself, but really in the long run, it goes back to you. Me learning, will allow others to learn.
