Currently I am expanding my yoga understanding.
I have been in 11 yoga teacher traingings since 2010 and continuing to explore workshops, literature, discussions, etc pertaining to yoga and movement of the body. I am fascinated by both body and spirit!

I have lived in the Peace Region of Alberta my whole life and finally moved to Calgary in 2012.

Conversation is one of my favorite pass times and I am almost always seeking knowledge and understanding.

I don't smoke. And I drink socially maybe once or twice a year.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Just started so will have to feel it out to see how I can further contribute other then being a couch surfer through July of 2010.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Mostly couch surfing amongst friends, I have not stayed in a perfect strangers place as of yet.
