ABOUT ME

If daydreaming was a paid job, I would be the wealthiest person on earth :) Seriously. In real life, I work with people, and from autumn, I will be student again, I feel I have found the field which I love and with which I can help people to ease their burdens and release them from anguishes, as I needed that when I went through what I went through for many years. I love music. I am a mixture of normal and weird, introvert and outgoing, overthinker and spontaneous. I think this does it for a short introduction :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment, I cannot offer a couch, but I will gladly show you around, hang out, take walks, have good talks. I hope to help you enjoy the time spent here in my town.
On the other side, as surfer, I would like to look for the same, plus I would also like to find couches every now and then. I would really like to get to know new places, people, ways of thinking, perspectives and widely said, have a good time.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Only overall positive experiences at the moment. I'll be traveling for a while soon, so that will give me new insight on it. For how I've known it so far, it's simply great.

Music, Movies, and Books

As I mentioned above, I love music. I always like rock, alternative, indie (Bon Jovi (the '80s-'90s), The Smiths, Radiohead, The Killers, Imagine Dragons, Franz Ferdinand, Placebo and so on) and then so many other genres (jazz, classical, some pop, trance, even some country, etc.). Depending on my mood, on feelings, on situations, music is always there for me and there's always a song that fits perfectly.
In movies, I mostly like dramas, but I'm not exclusive about it, there are good movies in every genre. Honestly, I haven't really watched movies lately. A few of my favorites: Big Fish, Shawshank Redemption, A Beautiful Mind, Fight Club, (500) Days of Summer, Captain Corelli's Mandolin, Good Bye Lenin!
I love to read, and novels are my all time favorite. Too much to say here about this subject, but here are a few authors I enjoy: Erich Maria Remarque, Thomas Mann, Milan Kundera, Lev Tolstoy, Fjodor Dostojevskij, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Mikhail Bulgakov...

Teach, Learn, Share

I think we all have something to learn from each other, which implies we all have something to teach, whether it's good or less good, whether we're aware of it or not. And what we learn from each other and what we teach each other solely depends on where we are currently in our lives, in which stage of our self-discovery.
