Hi! I’m Fiona. I help people discover their mind-body connection through the Feldenkrais Method and Pilates at my home studio. These days, I spend my time on Iyengar Yoga, Taiji at the beach, cooking and welcoming friends to my home for a meal.

I’m learning to whistle at the moment - any tips are most welcome!

Likes - meditation, spiritual science, improv on the piano, sitting by the waves, great conversations, studying menus, new paints/markers/brushes, cooking for others and hosting home parties, a good flight, stepping on crunchy leaves, jumping on a trampoline, sitting on a swing, watching leaves fall, swimming in a lake, picking pizza toppings which fell off the pizza, going to the supermarket and reading labels, letting my toes dive deeper into sand, chancing upon a parking lot, licking ice-cream off a cone, browsing cookbooks for amazing pictures, being infront of a live orchestra, watching favourite movies over and over again, singing in the elevator and my dad's silly jokes.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe that giving and receiving is non-linear and is a dance that connects us all. Couchsurfing is the hallmark of “a more beautiful world our hearts know is possible” (Charles Eisenstein)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Lived in a mud-hut in a forest in Wales for 3 months without running water and electricity.
