ABOUT ME

We are two people in this profile. Dick and Malycha. Male, 67. Female, 50. We welcome visitors to our home. We often travel together, sometimes we travel separately. Diversity rules.

Dream explorer. Have published a book on how we can all learn from our dreams. Every dream you've ever had and remember, you've still got and they can be brought back to life! Dreams are wiser than the waking mind, but our culture is blind to this. Making the invisible, visible can be sacred work. What is your path?

I have a long history of putting up travelers, even before CouchSurfing existed. Where did those community connections of the past go to?
So glad that CouchSurfing exists and is growing through this website. This community of people is inspirational to me.

Interests

Sharing diverse spiritual experiences, and thinking about how to make the world a better place. Why are the people in power often the last ones to get a clue? I find the unique people, the "weirdos" are often the most inspirational. Celebrate diversity!

Music, Movies, and Books

Books are essential. Books abound in my home library and in my business in Greenfield. I am proud to be an independent bookseller. Indie bookstores have a very important place in the future where I want to live. Books bought online are way more expensive than most people are aware of. Beware the high cost of free shipping! I am dedicated to wide access to important books & information.

Music is also essential. We have many loves, from Latin, Reggae, Jazz, Rock, 60s, 80s and so much more. Always love to share music with travelers.
Of course, movies are fun too. Will make the popcorn.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have led many dream-sharing groups and we did amazing work with dreams. We can bring the dream back to life and discover how it connects to the present for the dreamer. If done right, this always leaves the dreamer awestruck, often others feel quite a buzz too.

Traveled to Peru, got engaged, got married. Amazing!

What I Can Share with Hosts

We now live at our new place in Conway, in the country. Our guest room is now functioning and we may be able to put you up there. Lots of peace and quiet here, nature with critters all about, flowers, pond and permaculture possibilities emerging. We welcome visitors.
