About Me

Hi! I'm Andrei and I love to travel and meet interesting people. If the world is a book, I'm compelled to read, share, and find out about every last page. I was born in Romania, moved to Canada, then South Korea and Australia. I taught English, worked at a startup, and now I'm a senior frontend web developer at a medical AI company that diagnoses cancer and matches patients with the best therapy for them.

Traveling and the great outdoors are big passions of mine. I love a good hike, rock climb, longboard, swim, bike ride, or slackline.

They say everybody knows something you don't. I really enjoy finding what that is. Meeting new people from all over is fun and inspiring and I hope to do more of that :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
