About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I seek happiness & ways to spend my endless energy on the next adventure!
ABOUT ME
I'm a laid back but crazy social Mexican-American whose very proud to be a native Californian. I've spent a lot of time traveling around the world and can't wait for the next adventure to start. I'm an open book and love making new friends. In general, I´m a mix between serious and silly, so you´ll often find me either reading the news and wanting to discuss current events or strolling the Internet and wanting to do nothing but watch crappy movies and look at puppies. Depends what kindof mood you catch me in =)
PHILOSOPHY
It doesn't matter where you came from, it's where you're going that does.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I like to host when I can & travel to meet new people.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have friends who are Couchsurfers who I've stayed with and they always tell me how enjoyable it is to host and meet new people. I'm hoping to make some new friends around the globe and learn as much about other cultures as I can! I've hosted a few people already and think the community is great so far.
Interests
Books, music (electronic, house, indie, alternative rock, reggaeton, Spanish banda), relaxing walks, A Song of Ice and Fire (current obsession), sexism, racism, the education gap, international politics, geopolitical affairs, and on and on and on =)

Movies: The Lion King, The King's Speech, Iron Lady,Grand Budapest Hotel, and others. I don't do so well with scary movies, haha.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've traveled to and hiked around the Grand Canyon and Yosemite National Park. I've fallen in love in Istanbul and the danced the night away until the sun came up. I backpacked around the world with my boyfriend for a year, we've been to 50+ countries =)
I´m still adding to the list!
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach: I can teach you how to bake cookies! I've come to learn that a lot of cultures don't have a huge emphasis on baking, but I love to bake cookies and cakes!
Learn: I love learning about the customs and habits of other cultures. I love talking about why we think our cultures are the way they are and how we feel about them.
Share: I can share crazy stories, laughter, and a hot meal with anyone I host/stay with. I'm an open book and think honesty is the best policy =)
What I Can Share with Hosts
