ABOUT ME

Hi there, my name is David, I am french and I am currently working as assistant Bar manager.
Like most CouchSurfers I love traveling and meeting new people.
I have been traveling in many countries and my goal is to travel the world.
I am leaving for a trip around Asia in october 2017 for a year or so.
I will be going to Nepal, India, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Tailand, Laos, Viet Nam, Cambodia, Malaisia, Indonesia...
This is a trip of a lifetime!

Fear is temporary, regret is permanent...
This is the advice I have been given in South Africa before I went bungee jumping from 220 meters !!!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

First time I registered to find people to go rock climbing in Bolivia!
Then I realised this was an opportunity to much more : host, be hosted, just have a drink, share a meal, or go on an activity...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

That should be my 6 month experience in Peru and Bolivia.
These countries are outstanding!
People there are awsome and so welcoming.
There is so much culture, landscapes and gastronomie to discover.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love talking about travelling, about the one you did, the one I did, the one i want to do.
I like sharing the differencies between culture, life style, and everything you will be wiling to share with me!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am French but I am not a cook, so I wont be able to prepare some of the famous French cuisine for you
(unless you are up for croque monsieur :) )
Instead i can teach you how to make cocktails !!! (well, at least the basics)
I can also teach you some French, Spanish or English if you need .
I adapt the time I spend with you depending on the time you have to share.
I would be glad to spend the day with you if you have time, but I can also be independent if you dont.
