About Me

CURRENT MISSION

"not to stumble"

THIS IS A TRANS* FRIENDLY PLACE.
(if you are a guest here, you are expected to be too.)

ABOUT ME

I'm a very enthusiastic person with a happy-go-lucky attitude. My curiousity for new things is almost boundless. And art fulfills that desire somehow but it makes me feel humble in the same time.

I'm very interested in politics (especially in the field of european and middle eastern one) and spend many weekends around the nation on demonstrations for green ideals. Contrary to this I'm also a big motorsports lover. I love the shape, the pace - just the sport. (I just can't help it)

PHILOSOPHY

Empathy is the only way to walk trough life, you should always take the chance to feel into another person. It takes the restlessness away from you for a couple of minutes(or hours ;) )and sets the best and closest experience with someone else.

Never lose your pathos, it is the best view on life.

but to not let the list shorten the scroll bar too much: I love some jazz and easy listening in the morning, some minimal and dubstep by night and some garage, punk and dPOP always fits. - it just needs to have something thrilling. That's what makes music special.

_art
by HEIMO ZOBERNIG (*1958 Austria) like the boldness of his sober works. which are very contrary to his performance/video stuff.
by AI WEIWEI (*1957 China) really appreciate Chinese art, but he is the essence of them all.
by MATTHIAS WEISCHER (*1973 Germany) He is the ONLY one i would consider to be avant-garde right now. because he translated the opulence of baroque into today's art. His variety of pattern is almost legendary.
by DAVID SCHNELL (*1971 Germany) very decorative and just beauty full to look at. but deep as well.
by NORBERTUS CORNELIUS GIJSBRECHTS (*before 1955) with the skills of the baroque masters (really love the pealed citrus fruits) and the ideas/an irony of contemporary art, he seems to me like a diamond in that era (like the canvas from the other way around, or something.)
by PAUL KLEE (*1979 Swiss/Germany) one really needs to read the diaries, that I definitely consider to be literature. But I would better name them memorials since he rewrot them twice before they where published. I like his works and that he shows that art is not a talent thing but continious work. His work did not stagnate -for sure.
by RENÉ MAGRITTE (*1898 Belgium) go fuck Dalí! Magritte means sublime surealism. Noone to beat him in this field.
by JONATHAN MEESE (*1970 Germany) his extraordinary fury, shoes me the sincerity of his works.
by HELMUT NEWTON (*1920 Germany/Australia/USA) ist hard to impres me with photos (almost impossible with a treatment after taking the photo -just by the way). but he keeps his topic all the way in any picture. Pride.

and I appreciate performance and landart a lot
