About Me
ABOUT ME
I am a very energetic translator, interested in all kinds of people (specially weird and interesting) and like festivals and music in general. I like loooong bridges and vivid colours. I enjoy travelling by train and listening to people's stories when travelling. In fact, I am all ears and eyes when travelling, taking in differences and comparing similarities to my own culture.
PHILOSOPHY
Each turn we take is another chance
And opens up another door
It's up to us if we get up and dance
Or choose to sit on the floor
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am a host and I also love traveling and being hosted by good people, when I am in need.
I do NOT accept last minute couchsurfing requests as I am not on CS every day and not even at home every day. Please write at least one week (5 days) in advance.
I enjoy meeting new people. I prefer people to stay at my place for longer that just one day and me also staying at different people for more than one day, but it all depends on a person (surfing or hosting). I've had a bad experience hosting, but I think I learned a lot and now I just see it as a good story.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I was hosted by a Norwegian girl in Bergen and it was great, (I was there with a friend), we agreed about everything perfectly well.
Interests
Listening to music and going to concerts/festivals, learning languages (some to perfection, some to be able to get by abroad), partying with interesting people, discussing politics, films, books, relationships, gossiping, learning handcrafts, working in the team where people help each-other, exploring the secret nooks and crannies...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I think one of the most amazing things is leading a youth exchange with people from all over the world, who work, sleep, laugh, cry together and share their life experiences.
I am also proud of being among few international goalball referees. Feel free to ask what this is.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you how to make žlikrofi and curry chicken. I can share my chocolate with you. I would love to learn how to cut my hair, knit a whole pullover by myself, translate from Serbian dialects and to read people's negative thoughts and transform them into positive! ;)
What I Can Share with Hosts
Mattress to sleep on or sometimes a bed, I can sometimes go sightseeing with you and we can occasionally eat a meal together, but not always. I crochet, knit (here I would need more experienced knitter's advice), sing, translate, teach languages...
