ABOUT ME

For as long as I can remember, I have been a diligent pupil to the authentic and the subtle. Every inquiry and every discernment has been in relationship to what is true or 'true'. Perceptions form and dissolve and adjust and yet something remains untouched.

My pupils are big, so they let in lots of light. Every time I undergo a big change in perception, something happens to my eyes and I can see in a different way. My latest art work has to do with this; it relays the patterns and images I see when I look at human skin.

Fun fact: I lived at the Kripau center in a work/study program from 2008-2009. I had 20 roommates! It was my personal phD in the subtle aspects of life and I'm still reeling out from it. Currently Joan Ruvinsky is my teacher, and when I study with her it's just once or twice a year at her house in Montreal.

I am a time connoisseur. It is my sculpting medium.

PHILOSOPHY

I address the part of you that doesn't sleep.
There's no time to waste.
No one to be.
What's false crumbles on its own as space allows.
Discomfort is a teacher and there to be welcomed.
Everything that changes is an illusion.
There's something that doesn't change.

I can do intuitive henna, recording the images I see on your skin. I can teach body sensing yoga or non-dual meditation, including yoga nidra.

I really want to play with music and turntables and loops and stuff.
