I'm a sophomore at Colorado Christian University studying to go to medical school. I grew up in a little town in the middle of nowhere in Ohio and moved to Colorado for college.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm using couch surfing because I'm studying abroad at the University of Wollongong this year. I want to be introduced into the culture by a local while I'm looking for a place to live. I hope to make some great friends that I will be able to keep in touch with during my stay.

Interests

I am really interested in pretty much anything outdoors, such as rock climbing, hiking and camping; and crossfit. I also have been really into slacklining lately.

My favorite band is definitely Of Monsters and Men. I also enjoy Explosions in the Sky, Xavier Rudd, and Andy McKee. My favorite movies are Braveheart, Into the Woods, and V for Vendetta. My favorite books are the series Malazan Book of the Fallen and the Wheel of Time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I ran a lot, I qualified to run in the world championship of the Warrior Dash.
