My name is Drew Gilbert. I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California and my main occupation and passion in life is managing, recording, producing as well as singing and playing bass for a band called The Mystic Space out of Gothenburg, Sweden.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Setting up this couch surfing account is for the soul purpose of taking my band on the road where we can expose our music to the world without going broke by staying at Hotels or even hostels (boring and costly). Sharing the experience of meeting new people in new places is a great way for musicians to grow and learn about themselves and thus making the music they create that much more original and purposeful. For those out there who are interested in hosting more then 1 person but not anymore then 3 or 4, I welcome your hospitality. We cant wait to get out on the road, to meet our future hosts and to heal those around the world who are in need of the power of live music!
