I love history and learning about different cultures and how it all fits together. I like star gazing and have a telescope. I enjoy cooking and learning new recipes from around the world. I like to go walking and hiking and there are some great places to do that on my doorstep in Scotland... But I also like to explore other places too. Especially like hill and mountain walking. Love skiing, mainly in the Alps. Love good films and good books. Love to keep fit with cycling, running and swimming.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to travel and explore both in UK and abroad. I work and study full time so have to travel for short periods these days. But have done longer trips in the past. I like to meet new people and share travel stories. I have had good fortune on travel trips before with people sharing accommodation and so now I have the opportunity to help fellow travellers as there is usually some spare space in my flat.
