I am a process engineer from Texas, formerly employed at Intel Corp making semiconductors. I am currently taking a year off of work to travel and rock climb around Europe and Asia. My biggest hobby is rock climbing, but I enjoy all types of outdoor activities.

I am couchsurfing because it is a unique way to meet new people while traveling. I want to have an intimate connection with the places I travel to, not the superficial tourist experience. One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I climbed the 2500 ft vertical face of Half Dome in Yosemite National Park in a day last September.
