About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Let's sing till we're voiceless, and dance till exhaustion. Eat till we're chubby, and smile fucking often. #DrewThePoet
ABOUT ME
I'm a very open minded guy originally from Indiana but I've been living in Denver for the last 3 years and love it here! I'm a huge concert junkie and I typically go to at least 1 show every week. I have a sweet ass sectional couch plus a spare full size mattress so I can host some travelers if schedules work out.
PHILOSOPHY
Be happy, have fun, don't let work stress you out, and don't be a douche.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have only participated in CS as a host so far but I do plan on surfing/traveling in the future. I enjoy meeting new people and showing visitors my favorite hole-in-the-walls/dives that tripadvisor probably won't tell you about. Learning new things and making some friends along the way.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I started hosting winter of 2012 and I have only had incredible experiences so far! Eager to continue to get involved as a host!
Interests
My biggest passion is live music. Whether it's a large national act or a small local band, Denver has a good music scene and there is usually a good show somewhere almost every night of the week.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
1. Went to the Bonnaroo Music Festival in Tennessee in 2008. Being in a crowd of thousands of people from all different backgrounds but all sharing a love of music and good vibes was incredible. I still get chills thinking about that first day walking onto the farm. It was truly life changing for me at the time. I go to Bonnaroo every year now.
2. I quit my job in Indiana 3 years ago and moved out to Denver on a whim. I damn near wrecked my car the first time I saw the snow-capped mountains in the background because I was in such awe.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have compiled a youtube playlist of 100+ weird/interesting/funny music videos that I watch when I'm chillin at my place. If you stay with me there is a good chance I will torment you with said playlist :)
