I am a very laid back person who likes to go with the flow and just wants to have fun, meet new people and have new experiences while traveling the world. I love both the outdoors and cities, and I keep an open mind at all times.

I am originally from California, attended university in Arizona and am based out of Colorado these days. I have been traveling through Southeast Asia for the last several months and am headed to Australia and New Zealand next with no end in sight!

My philosophy in life can be summed up by the words of the legendary Bob Marley, "Don't worry about a thing, because every little thing is gunna be alright!" 😊 that and, "everybody wang chung tonight." (If you got that reference we are instantly best friends)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to travel the world and meet new people! The best way to travel is like a local so what's a better way to experience a new city/country/culture than by staying with one?

I have couch surfed a few times while in Europe several years ago, but just by meeting locals in a new place and being invited to stay with them rather than using a website like this one. I have heard great things about Couchsurfing.com though so I figure it's time to give it a try!

Interests

I love to meet new people, laugh, and have a good time. Traveling is a passion that I have been fortunate enough to be able to indulge and I hope to continue to do so.

I like to see live music, snowboard, play sports, play guitar, be outside in nature, explore new cities, go new places, cook, learn about new technology... I could go on... but the point is that whether I'm lying in my hammock in the mountains or I'm navigating the hustle and bustle of a big city, I am going to make the most of it and live life to the fullest.

And I'll probably be drinking a pint while I'm at it. Cheers! 🍻

Music, Movies, and Books

I LOVE MUSIC!! Concerts and festivals are one of my favorite things to do back home. I'm a fan of anything from hip hop to electronic to reggae to alternative and classic rock.

Favorite musicians: Pretty Lights (hands down, not even a close 2nd), but some others include Rebelution, The Notorious B.I.G., Two Door Cinema Club and loads more

I also love to read and watch movies. I love to quote and reference movies.

Favorite books: Game of Thrones, Harry Potter, The Hobbit, Ender's Game, tons more...

Favorite movies: Out Cold, Zoolander, The Departed, The Breakfast Club, there's honestly too many to even consider writing out
