About Me

CURRENT MISSION

On a quest to find the perfect chocolate chip cookie.

ABOUT ME

I've been on a few adventures over the past decade, which has kept proving more and more to me how little I know and how little I've seen of the world.

I love to travel and hear other peoples' stories. Everyone in this couch surfing community seems to have something ridiculously cool to share about what they do, where they've been, who they've met, and what they're working towards.

I've been busy the last few years as CTO of a tech company in Boston, and I'm getting started with a new one. Technology and business are two things that I could talk about all day.

When I'm not working I spend my time writing music, eating and drinking with friends, making a mess in the kitchen, hiking, running, biking, and studying.

PHILOSOPHY

Three of the best pieces of advice I've ever heard:

If you want to gain anything, you have to be ready to lose everything.

You're not the center of the universe, and that's a beautiful truth.

Make your bed every morning.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I mostly have surfed, since I haven't had a very host-able apartment. I will be a host very soon though.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I love it.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love music from all genres, as long as it has something special about it. Right now I mostly listen to 90's alternative, hip-hop, electronic, country, and classical (favorites are Bach and Chopin).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

To go skydiving for free, I made myself a subject in a human experiment, brain-scanning helmet and all!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you a few useful things:

- How to evaluate a business idea.
- How to make a mean macaroni and cheese.
- How to stick to a running routine.

I would love to collaborate with you if you are into music, business, technology, or writing.

Countries I’ve Visited

Ethiopia, France, South Africa, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In
