I travel a lot for my work which is good because I love to travel. The nice thing about it is that is never boring, one meets nice people and get to see nice places and usually I bring back good memories.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I use CS most to meet up with someone that lives where I am working at that specific time. I have nearly always hotels so I am not really looking for a couch but more for a nice way to meet interesting people and to get to know the place where I am at that time. But if someone is interested in meeting up with me in my hometown he or she is welcome, of course!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I met a few people this way and it has been very nice ad interesting. The good thing about CS is that you meet almost automatically friendly and open people.

Interests

I like a lot of things but especially travelling and getting to know the 'couleur local'. I am always interested in getting to know the place where I am at that time. This includes language, habits, the local kitchen and so on. If I have no time to meet up with someone I usually take a huge walk through the city where I am, so I get to know it. Whether I am in Lagos or Rio de Janeiro or Amsterdam or Milan.

I prefer to read books in a language that I want to improve. Therefore not always the best books but a good way to get to know a language better

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been working at four different Olympics. Seeing the Olympic fire in real life still is amazing to me.
