About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I am trying to learn as much as I can about the people and culture of Latin America
ABOUT ME
My friends would probably describe me as a guy who jokes around a lot and likes to have fun doing crazy, random adventures. I enjoy doing so many things and am always up to the challenge of trying something new. If someone says that it can't be done, I set out to prove them wrong. I have an adventurous heart and try to do something everyday that scares me. I try to live each day to the fullest and not conform to the life that the world tells me I should have.
I love Latin America!!! I love the people, culture, language, music, food, etc. There is no place on earth I would rather be!!! My goal on this journey is to learn as much as possible about the people and culture in every country that I pass through.
I worked for a couple years in an engineering job behind a computer screen in a tiny little cubicle, and everyday I felt like I was wasting my life away and felt my spirit dying a little bit more. Well I have broken those chains, got a little savings, and am out to live life and make up for lost time!!! So Bring It!!!
PHILOSOPHY
I try to honor God with every day of my life. I do this by trying to love, serve, and encourage others.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In March of 2008 I led a medical mission trip to Burkina Faso, in West Africa. We put on a free clinic in a tribe where there is extreme poverty and a very harsh climate. We worked from sun up to sun down everyday treating patients non-stop in 100+ degree temperature. Probably one of the hardest times I have ever worked, but definitely one of the most rewarding!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach salsa dancing or give guitar/mandolin/piano lessons.
