About Me

I always try to find the humor in everything, every detail or every action. I let my imagination run free with what I see and create scenarios to bring some humor to any situation. I am on a quest to discover who I really am in this world. I am somewhat reserved and I admit it takes me longer than most people to open up, but it is not a reflection of my view on people.

My perspective on life is to look at the trash and find something good in it. To find the positive lesson in every experience, no matter how bad it might seem. To search for happiness, when everything around you is bent on keeping you down. To live life as I want it and allow people to do the same, coexisting in peace and understanding.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The best way to discover a place is with the help of a local, and couchsurfing makes this possible very easily. I currently don't have stable living arrangements but I would be very interested in hosting as soon as I get my own place (I lived with people who were against the idea before, so I had to respect their views).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't hosted yet but have been hosted in several places in France when I took a trip around the country a few years ago, the hosts were great in giving my friend and I a view on the place more grounded in every-day reality than what the typical tourist routes would.

Interests

Seeing new places, doing things that get my blood pumping, listening to music, watching films (I watch a lot of films!), having a quiet night in. I don't play any instruments but I want to learn how to play the blues harmonica. I also feel it's important to know how to cook well, though I am still a beginner in that :)
