ABOUT ME

I'm an easy going, fun individual who loves to meet new people and travel the world. I am comfortable going to clubs, planning a random adventure or just hanging out at home. I am a creative person, I edit my own design blog, but to pay the bills, I own a social media marketing agency. My work allows me to be mobile and able to enjoy the vagabond life I love. Home base is Brooklyn, a great jumping off point to most locales. I grew up in a popular ski resort in Colorado so I love to be outside and don't mind the cold weather. I know rare person right? :> If you meet me you will find me very easy to get on with, ready for an interesting conversation, probably planning an adventure. I'm curious about new people and their culture, so I will probably ask a lot of questions--cultural exchange! Addicted to travel and meeting new faces, experiencing different cultures and always up for a new adventure.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

The CS experience has been fantastic. Met some really quality people from all over the globe. And have had the opportunity to have some really fun times and learn a lot I didn't know! I think its a great community with a good spirit. I host a lot, but trying to do more surfing as well.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It's been a lot of fun. Going on almost 7 years as a member of this community and it's been a really rewarding experience. Love to live like a local when I'm travelling and I try to provide the same experience to my surfers as well.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One really great memory I have is a winter morning on the ski slopes after a big snow storm and being the first one to ski the fresh powder. It's a fantastic feeling but you have to be a skier to really appreciate that. Also, I was a rock star during my twenties, literally. I played in a variety of bands during the 90's (grunge era) and toured all over the USA. Yes I was a Riot Girl. :P A great thing to have experienced.
