ABOUT ME

I've been living in Amsterdam for about three years now and still have my hate-love relationship with the city (love the city, but don't like the amount of people in there ;)). Furthermore I'm playing rugby in Deventer, and I just started a new job as a bartender/waitress in a beer pub. We have 18 beers on tap and about 240 on the bottle, isn't that amazing?
About my personality, when I grew up everybody was always welcome in our home and I still live by that. Love to laugh about everything especially when things go wrong, you can't change them anyway so you better make the best of it and why not have a good laugh about it :).

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've surfed once and hosted some people in the winter of 2012/2013. I had to quit hosting because of my job as a waitress, complaining neighbors and prioritize my study. I finally finished my studies, but the irregular working hours and the neighbors are still the same and therefore hosting is still a bit complicated, which is really unfortunate, cause I love to meet new people from different countries.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've surfed somewhere once and I had some people over. Always great to meet new people, talk about anything, and find out how life is somewhere else.

Intereses

I love playing rugby, watch movies and series and most of all hang out with friends. Many of my friends live somewhere else, some abroad, some in the Netherlands, but I spent quite a lot of time traveling to see them :). Love to meet new people and see new places, but also to come back to old ones.

Música, películas y libros

There are so many of all of them which I love. Worked in a cinema and studying Dutch, I've seen quite a few movies and read some books (usually Dutch literature though, Willem Frederik Hermans is my favorite). Music for me is a wonderful sound, I usually don't like the silence so I'll listen to some bands or singer/songwriters.

Algo increíble que he hecho

The midnight sun at the North cape. Furthermore I would love to see the Northern lights. Spent a semester in Stockholm, was on a dogsled and did a cross country skiing tour to a cabin.
