ABOUT ME

I am 24 years old. I received my undergrad in Sociology and now have been working full time as an Americorps member.

I don't know what I want to do or be in life, but I figure I have plenty of time to make up my mind. I've always questioned if I'm on the right path in life, and I hope to find the right one. I have recently been interested in being a Social Worker and am planning on going to grad school.

I have been wanting to get out and explore the world. I want adventure in my life and I want to see everything I can. I want to emerge myself in a culture and experience new and incredible things. I have never been out of the country, so I feel like this is the answer to some of my dreams.

Otherwise, I'm a fun and interesting person who is always looking forward to meeting new people. I am very open to new and different ideas.

PHILOSOPHY

Don't miss the opportunity and don't worry about taking that chance, just do it.

I live to make people smile, if I can't do that I'm not doing my job.

Laughing is my favorite activity followed closely by smiling.
Learning all I can.
I love to sing, whether or not I'm good at it is in question, but the human voice is an amazing instrument.
I have recently picked up photography. I love to capture what I believe to be beautiful.
Some others include: the sun, stars, the sky, using my imagination, nature, walks, bonfires, music, autumn, coffee, and warms socks.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I went on a week long Pay it Forward bus trip with 40 people I didn't know. We traveled across the US and did a service project in 5 different states. It was unbelievable how close I got to these people after only 3 days. It's incredible that people can connect so quickly when they truly believe in helping the community and world around him or her.
