ABOUT ME

I don't know why, but I'm studying electro-technical engineering at the ETH university in Zurich. That's also where I stay during the days...
During the nights I try not to study ;) I like to catch up with friends whenever possible. (means: whenever i've nothing to do for university)

For me it is most important to enjoy the time I have with friends and have fun. I'm always interested in meeting new people. For that reason i'd like to learn new languages like Spanish, Dutch, Hungarian, Japanese, Arabic, Hindi...
I speak German, English, Italian and French (but not only Nina says, it's horrible to listen to my French).

I'm really interested in experiencing different cultures. I think it's the best, to visit a country for a longer time, so you have time to learn the language, meet local people and get in touch with their culture. but once able to communicate well in a language, I'd also like to get around in all the countries, where i can use it.

all about nina:

I spent the last two years travelling, working and volunteering in Argentina, Bolivia, Peru, USA and Canada. It was an amazing trip and now that I'm back in Switzerland I really miss meeting people from all around the world. Which is exactly why I'd love to get to know some people on CS.

Right now I'm trying to figure out what to do with my life, so I have plenty of time to show you around and hang out... I fluently speak english, spanish and german. My french kinda sucks, but I'm able to comunicate ;)

So that's it. I have a lot of interests don't wanna list them all, why don't you just get to know me... Zurich is a lovely city anyway :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We like to travel as backpackers. it's the best way to get in contact with local people. when we heard about CS, we just knew that this might be a big deal for us.
Because we want to support this community we just visited the ikea store nearby and bought a couch for people who want to stay in zurich.
