Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

This is completely new to me, unless the usual visit your friends at the other colleges and take up their couch can count as experience. If that counts then I guess I'm a bit of an all-star.

Interests

The system of the world.
Oh, and reading, biking, cooking, swimming, eating, enjoying a couple of tasty beers, good conversation. .the usual stuff that make life so enjoyable.

Music, Movies, and Books

I read anything! My list of favorite authors starts with Gabriel García Márquez and of course Tolkien. After that, Kerouac and Faulkner, Stephenson and Pynchon, Orwell and Hemmingway, Chomsky and Zinn, Kropotkin and Bakunin, Klein and Perkins, Paz and Neruda, Vonnegut and Ishiguro .. it goes on and onnn, it´s hard for me to not enjoy a book!

I like pleasant noises and poignant phrases, and I've found that both of these can be provided by the Pixies, Radiohead, the Hold Steady, Joe Pug, M Ward, Beatles, Bob Dylan. . amongst many others

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I woke up this morning and it was so damn blue and green and sunny outside that I could smell the amazing-ness.

Job experience is limited to baggage handling for an airline and a few years spent working in a hospital as a phlebotomist.
