About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To reach my full potential and help others achieve theirs.

ABOUT ME

Music, writing and comedy are my three favorite things to participate in. I want to get the most out of life and in turn give the most out of mine. Integrity is the most important thing in the world to me.
I love the outdoors. I spend a ton of my free time in yoga or at a rock climbing gym facing my fear of heights and getting a good workout at the same time.
Very open minded with lots of varied interests.

PHILOSOPHY

The musician is an instrument, the author is a pen. If that's not enough, spark a conversation. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I haven't used this much, but I will be traveling immensely in the coming months!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I joined in 2011, but I really didn't do much with or about it, so I might as well be considered a noob, I'll be honest.

Interests

I'm a kitten. Everything amuses me. Music and writing are my two best expressions.. Comedy is also high on the list. Meditation, yoga, climbing, anything that enhances my connection to the world around me is of high interest to me. I love reading and playing sports (not so much watching.. I'm very active). Spirituality and Alchemy are huge interests of mine. Contributing a smile to a person's story is my favorite thing ever. :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Worldwide eclectic taste in music, but Tool is my all time favorite.

As for movies, I pretty like anything that isn't mindless violence.

Books... I write more than I read, to be perfectly honest, but I'm a huge fan of Brene Brown's work. Anything that increases my understanding of life or encourages me to learn something new about myself is great for me - Daring Greatly by Brene Brown was immensely powerful to me. Biology of Belief was very insightful, the Mastery of Love, the Wind is My Mother, poetry by Hafiz and Rumi, poetry in general, Pronoia, Chuck Palahnuik... There's a ton.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Mustered the courage and curiosity to seek... I met my birth mother and blood siblings after being an alien mystery to the world for 26.5 years.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have so many varied intersts, I'm generally open to learning about anything, and as for what I can share, there's a ton. It's just whatever the situation calls for, honestly.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Great conversation, honest gratitude, music, I love to cook, a copy of my book.

Countries I’ve Lived In
